In an alternate timeline, Pinkamena, while outside working on her families rock farm, had not see the rainbow that made her smile and super happy and eventually become Pinkie Pie. She remained to be the depressed Pinkamena.
Although she respected her families rock farm, she felt it did not suit her. She tried to find a new hobby to express herself more. She asked advice from the sister that she was closest to, Maud. Maud asked what Pinkamena was really into. She explained that she expressed herself through poetry and art. Pinkamena said that she always likes to sing. So she started expressing herself by singing, rock n roll, and heavy metal mostly. She even started a band that included Maud, who helped write songs and picked out clothes. They traveled all over Equestria, performing at night concerts, clubs and parties. One of the few places they never performed was Ponyville.
